the community and voluntary sector in the North-West with up to date
information on a range of topics from funding opportunities to consultations
being carried out with the sector.

NWCN Annual Report
2004
Launched at the Network's
AGM on 22nd April 2004 this annual report outlines the work of the Network
during the last 18 months and includes information on the Network's
Executive Committee, financial standing and website. This report has
only been produced as a document to be accessed from this site.

Other Publications
The North-West Community Network has also produced several major publications over recent years. The following gives a brief synopsis of each.
Network Journal (Issues 1-3) 1997-1999
Each of theses journals contains a collection of articles on a range of issues from, highlighting the role played by a community organisation to broadening the debate on consultation documents.
Network Development Plan 1999-2002 1998
The development plan that was used to steer the work of the North-West Community Network up until the end of 2002.
Indicative Integrated Area Plan for the North-West 1999
This plan, that was commissioned by the North-West Community Network and Donegal Community Workers Co-operative and carried out by Helm Corporation and Paul Steele Consulting, was an attempt to develop and promote a shared vision and strategic co-operation for the North-West with a specific focus on combating poverty in the area.
North-West Directory of Community Work Education and Training Providers 2000
This directory, produced by the North-West Community Work Training Group, provides community and voluntary groups, agencies and individuals with information on what is available to support learning and skills development within the North-West region.
Peace II and the Community and Voluntary Sector 2001
A report of the seminar organised by the Networks Forum with the support of Northern Ireland Voluntary Trust highlighting the key issues such as learning from Peace I and the implementation of Peace II.
North-West Community Network Active Community Initiative Demonstration Project Report 2002
A summary of the demonstration project carried out by the North-West Community Network, in partnership with Greater Shantallow Area Partnership. The project was carried out in the Shantallow area of Derry, Londonderry with the aim of increasing community participation and the report is intended to describe a model that can be duplicated in other areas.
