New Ráth Mór Business Centre Launched

 

The opening of Creggan Enterprises’ new £638,245 Business Centre marks the ongoing transformation and revival of the economy of the Creggan community.

 

This project helps to fulfill Creggan Enterprises’ strategic objective of helping regenerate the Creggan area, working in a coordinated way with various partners to achieve the economic, social and physical revival of the local community.

 

The new Business Centre has been designed to offer a huge choice of flexibility for all types of businesses and service activities and has a welcoming environment to offer any new or growth businesses. Ráth Mór Business Centre offers an unrivalled location for any business needs.

 

Our new facilities are highly adaptable with rooms that can be sub-divided where needed to meet the specific requirements of clients. The Centre has been developed to the highest specification and has a number of conferencing and seminar suites. The Ráth Mór Centre is a landmark building designed to meet the future needs of the area and is owned and managed by the community through Creggan Enterprises

First Housing Aid & Support Services – Young Fathers Project Manager Vacancy

First Housing Aid & Support Services invite applicants for the position of: Young Fathers Project Manager

This is a 3 year, Big Lottery Funded project, which aims to equip young men with the skills and confidence to build and maintain a positive relationship with their children.  The manager will ensure the comprehensive delivery of a range of services for young parents.

 

Salary:  £24,250 per annum

MLA has launched a £1.6million fund for events across Northern Ireland.

The Events Growth Fund is for small events which could 'grow' into large scale events. Projects funded under this stream should have the potential to grow or develop into a major/international event, provide a stepping stone to attracting a major event and become sustainable over a three-year period.

The Major Events Fund is for those applicants applying for support for large events attracting significant out of state media. The events likely to fall within this category are major national or international world events, such as world championships, sporting events, high profile music events or unique cultural events.
