Give it up for the Trócaire FAST on 4th & 5th March

This year the Trócaire FAST is a little bit different. You don’t have to give up food (tho’ you can if you prefer). You can give up anything you want for 24 hours – your phone, your i-pod, your laptop, TV, football, shopping or even a bad habit.  Just get your friends to sponsor you for doing it!

Trócaire’s work in Bolivia, the poorest country in South America, is being highlighted for the FAST. Many Bolivians live on less than $1 a day, in harsh conditions where they are vulnerable to exploitation. So, no matter how big or how small the amount of money you raise for Trócaire, it will make a huge difference to the life of poor families and children there. Why not get together with your friends, think of new and exciting ideas to raise money? You won’t regret it! Call Trócaire now on 02890 808030 or 02871 357288 to order a sponsorship pack. Or order on-line at http://www.trocaire.org/fast/order-a-fast-pack
